Utah First Credit Union is seeking an individual to fill a full-time Assistant Branch Manager position in the Salt Lake Office. The company has been in business for seventy-five years. DESCRIPTION:
Assist the Branch Manager in running the Branch. Provide superior service to members. Assistant Branch Manager’s process loans application over the telephone, in lobby, and Internet. Sells Utah First’s products and services, counsels with members regarding financial needs, and ensures that members are promptly and professionally served. Assists in all operational areas of the Branch.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in a financial institution working as a loan officer and with handling cash. Demonstrate fundamental written and verbal communication skills with the ability to listen and make quick decisions. Proven interpersonal skills and a willingness to participate as a team player. The ability to learn how to provide strong member service, which includes recognizing member needs, referring appropriate products, and cross-selling services.
